Our Retainer Based Option covers both Consulting and Administration Services and is charged as a subscription service.
Our service package is fully tailored to match the day-to-day needs of any business of any size. Retainer services range from a few hours of scheduled consulting every month in order to help you cover your most pressing challenges to full access to a specialist to guide management within your business.
We will provide an agreed number of hours per month of consultancy time. This time may be used at the discretion of the company as the need arises, or on an agreed monthly schedule basis. Consultancy services will be provided personally by a qualified consultant assigned to the customer.
The retainer agreement will cover advisory and consulting time, including telephone consultations, but exclude any project type work or assignments. A fixed fee per month payable in advance will be charged for this service as a cost-effective option at a reduced rate. Any additional consulting time, utilized by the customer over and above the agreed hours per month, will be charged at the standard or an agreed hourly rate. You choose the package and the services to be included.
