Our services extends to all and any business need in the current business context. We understand that in-sourcing certain non-core functions are not always ideal or cost effective, therefore we geared ourselves to be your strategic partner as it relates to advanced and specialised technical business needs.
All services in this category are offered in our Consulting Arena and Services Arena Divisions. It is generally delivered in the form of Management Consulting on a Project Basis or as an ADHOC service. An hourly rate generally applies, unless otherwise agreed.

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS
Our Project Based Option or Adhoc Services Option also covers both Consulting and Business Administration Services. These services are specifically prescribed and requested by the client and is agreed in advance and concluded via an agreement for a determined duration.
All services are charged at an agreed hourly rate for the duration of the project which will be invoiced on a weekly basis or as contracted.
Our Retainer Based Option covers both Consulting and Administration Services.
Our service package is fully tailored to match the day-to-day needs of any business of any size. Retainer services range from a few hours of scheduled consulting every month in order to help you cover your most pressing challenges to full access to a specialist to guide management within your business.
We will provide an agreed number of hours per month of consultancy time. This time may be used at the discretion of the company as the need arises, or on an agreed monthly schedule basis. Consultancy services will be provided personally by a qualified consultant assigned to the customer.
The retainer agreement will cover advisory and consulting time, including telephone consultations, but exclude any project work. A fixed fee per month payable in advance will be charged for this service as a cost-effective option. Any additional consulting time, utilized by the customer over and above the agreed hours per month, will be charged at an agreed hourly rate. You choose the package and the services to be included.
Consulting services provided cover reviews, guidance and advice in all areas of business management and business alignment processes. It may include attending targeted management meetings, and management support initiatives.
Administration based services provides cover for day-to-day business administrative processes which would normally be performed by internal managers and specialists. These includes conducting reviews with employees, Payroll Administration, SETA submissions, SCM Administration, etc.
It may include a combination of on-site services and outsourced (off-site) options. This includes “Business as a Service” by means of technology.
