Messaging Provider Integrations
The current working build supports:
SMS: SMSPortal.
WhatsApp: Gupshup Self-Serve.
Future provider integrations, including Twilio and Clickatell, are planned but are not yet advertised as available integrations.
You will need your own supported provider account and credentials. SMS and WhatsApp usage charges are separate from the plugin licence and are payable to the relevant provider.
The plugin is being developed for WooCommerce store owners who want to improve order communication without manually notifying customers at every stage.
It is suited to businesses that need configurable order updates, consistent messaging, visibility of communication activity and control over which status changes trigger notifications.
ArenaPS is preparing the commercial edition, including licence activation, software update delivery and customer support arrangements.
